Team Lead - Newport Chapman Tate has partnered up with a client that is looking for a Lead Developer / Team Leader for a Small Team of JAVA Developers . This is an opportunity for a passionate team leader who has practical experience of leading a team developer providing a clear focus and setting realistic expectations both with the team and key stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Setting and maintain quality standards for the development team using an Agile methodology - Delivering an exciting programme of transformation - Focus and motivate your team - Build and support a team of Java Developers - Take responsibility for own and team training and development - Identify and manage problems, incidents, risks, and issues - Share knowledge of tools and techniques with your team - Coach and mentor colleagues Experience - Team leading experience - Experience as a developer (ideally Java) Package: - 45-50K - Flexible working available - Excellent pension scheme - Excellent career development opportunities
