We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Operations and Development Team Leader to join us on a permanent basis at our Crumlin site. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to; Provide on-site operational leadership for our team To ensure that all departmental based work activities are conducted in accordance with relevant safety legislation To generate and effect employee development through personal development plans and leadership To oversee the delivery of the production output requirements within the agreed budget and contract requirements Ensure all aspects of the department and processes are aligned for optimal performance in collaboration with all site services across supply chain, technical operations and quality To work closely with and in collaboration with the Project Manager to ensure excellent customer service and communications Ensure customers’ expectations are well understood and translated effectively to operations plans Report against capacity utilisation to the Contract Manufacture Leader Responsible for Audit ready status of the department Maintain open communication throughout the organisation Requirements This role is best suited to an individual who has experience of leading teams in an operational and matrix environment. We’re keen to speak to people who have experience in operational management of customer portfolios and hold a Lean six sigma or equivalent qualification.
