Overview
I am working with a client based in Cardiff who have an immediate need for a Qualified Finance Manager to join them on a permanent basis. They need someone who can ideally interview and start as soon as this week You would be working with a well-established company that provide an innovative service to their clients and have experience an impressive amount of growth over the last 5 years and they want to grow the business further across the next 5 years. Duties will include but not limited to: Review monthly management accounts including reporting, commentary and recommendation to the senior management team Monitor and report on company performance to budget on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis Identify areas of improvements across the business which will improve efficiency of processes Produce weekly cash flow forecasts Manage a finance team of 5 people Ensure all financial reporting and compliance standards are adhered to and processes are in place to manage this on an ongoing basis Re-evaluate the current accountancy system in order to ensure it is being used to its full capacity Person specification: ACCA / CIMA Qualified or equivalent Experience managing a team previously Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, LOOKUPs etc. Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment If you are IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE and you meet the above criteria, please get in touch ASAP as this role will move quickly
