Overview

I'm currently recruiting for a company with an outstanding team of engineers, futurists and mathematicians reinventing one of the world's largest industries: retail. Their mission is to create breakthrough technologies and capabilities that positively impact retailers, their customers and our planet. The team is headed up by retail industry leaders and people who have shaped solutions that have changed the e-commerce landscape. I'm looking to talk to both Mid-level and Senior Business Analysts with a Warehouse Management System ( WMS ) / logistics background - To help them revolutionise this sector. The Role: Analyse, document and propose solutions for technically complex business areas Prepare functional specifications Analyse and document business processes Document workflows, process maps and results of business analysis and obtain sign-off from stakeholders Work with the Technical Architect to help develop system designs Create Business Requirements documentation - high level and low level Create Functional and Non-Functional Specification documents Assess the impact of changing requirements Produce Test Scenarios and work with the Software Quality Assurance analyst. Produce Training documentation and facilitate training sessions with end users on the new system. The ideal candidate: You're a problem solver who enjoys contributing, being challenged, and having your voice heard You have experience in developing systems for Logistics operations and understand how an automated fulfilment centre operates at a process and transactional level You have a high attention to detail, with an ability to check own work for accuracy You're able to successfully multitask to achieve deadlines You enjoy both working independently to solve problems and collaborating across teams as required You thrive working with a variety of organisations, management levels, cultures, and personalities You can facilitate business process modelling workshops and can produce detailed process maps. You can manage testing of all solutions to meet agreed acceptance criteria and document any fixes or changes to scope required in consultation with Engineering and Product teams. You have experience of working in disciplined Agile working practices. You are passionate about systems and processes You are experienced in business systems analysis Able to use data analysis and interpret data to come up with the best course of action You have a technical background Experienced across numerous software packages
