Recruitment Resourcer Salary: £22,000 Bonus Part of the ICS Group, Pulse is just one of our many established brands. Pulse is a leading provider of health and social care staffing to the UK and international healthcare sectors. We support NHS Trusts and the private health sector providers by placing expert and compliant nurses, midwives, Doctors, Allied health professionals, Psychological therapists, Health sciences and social workers into the right permanent and temporary roles in the UK, Middle East and Australia. We are currently looking to appoint a Recruitment Resourcer to work on our Permanent Nursing desk at our office in Grays Inn Road, London. Due to year on year growth the team are looking to increase their headcount and welcome applications from those with recruitment experience or a qualified nurse looking for a change in career, but also ambitious and proactive individuals looking to start a career in a busy environment. The successful candidate will work under the supervision and direction of the Senior Recruitment Consultant to build and maintain an active candidate database to meet the requirements of their clients in the Heath care sector. This role has no sales involved, you will be focusing on building and retaining candidates You will achieve this by: · Ensuring all elements of the registration and recruitment process are adhered to in line with company standards and that ongoing maintenance activities for working candidates are actioned. · Pre-screening candidates to assess their suitability and requirements. · Assisting in the preparation of CVs, correspondence and other documentation for forwarding to NHS Trust. · Responsible for ensuring a professional service is provided to candidates and clients by ensuring their experience of our organisation is always positive and of a high standard. · Provide a timely and proactive response to all enquiries, forwarding to relevant colleagues as appropriate. The ideal candidate will also be solution orientated, self-motivated and resilient. Good communication skills are essential as is an ability to multi-task and prioritise.
