Overview
My client is a leading national business that is experincing significant growth through contract wins and new business aquisition. As a result of this, the company is looking to recruit a number of Customer Care Advisors to join a thriving, dynamic team. The role: - Providing advice and guidence to new and existing customers - Case management - Delivering exceptional customer service in a highly compliant environment The candidate: Candidates should have experince of working within a telephone customer service environment and be familar with dealing a variety of customer queries. A strong awareness of empathy towards customers would be advantageous. The role comes with a generous basic salary plus generous bonuses and benefits.
