Overview

We are a healthcare provider that specialises in personalised care for people with brain injuries. We are looking for additional Live-In Support Workers in the Gloucester area. If you are reliable, empathetic, patient and have good communication skills we want to hear from you. This is on a basis of 1 or 2 weeks on/off, and the rate of pay is £750.00 per week. We also pay for your mileage for your own car. We offer all our support workers a free enhanced DBS check and 25 days of paid annual holiday. You will have 24/7 contact with the office staff as well as regular supervisions and appraisals. We are a very receptive team with an open-door policy, and our aim is to ensure that you feel safe and happy doing your job. We will also provide you with extensive paid training, accredited Care Certificate , as well as specialist nurse led approach for clinical needs. About the Client You will be working as part of the team that supports a gentleman who lives in the area of Gloucester. It will be part of your job to provide him with assistance when accessing the community and with his day to day activities. The right candidate must be adaptable and proactive to encourage this gentleman to carry out his daily activities and continue his rehabilitation. Driving is preferable but not essential.
