Estate Agent Branch Manager - Gloucester - up to £35k Package Company Car This is a very exciting opportunity to join a leading Estate Agency. Vacancies of this nature with my client are very few and far between and they look to employ the best in the business and as such are happy to offer an exciting package. This is a busy branch where you will be overseeing a team of talented Estate Agents and therefore, you will need experience in dealing within a high volume branch. A leading Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established for over 30 years, they have multiple branches in the Gloucestershire area and pride themselves on their traditional values whilst providing a friendly and professional service. Our clients are looking for a polished, very well presented, articulate individual to manage their team in this exciting office, arranging and conducting viewings, valuations, negotiating sales and seeing the deal right the way through to completion.
