Overview
Accountancy Practice in Central London is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee and support the general Accounting and Bookkeeping operations. An opportunity for a "hands-on" and autonomous role in a fast-growing accountancy firm. The role will involve: -Management of a diverse client portfolio -Review of Junior Accountants and Bookkeeper’s work -Preparation and review of statutory accounts and Corporation tax returns -Preparation of monthly or quarterly Management Accounts, Cashflows, Forecasting and Budgets -Liaising with Statutory Legislative bodies -Completion of VAT returns -Correspondence and Meetings with Clients and Potential Clients The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a meticulous attention to detail, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, preferably ACCA or ACA qualified (but not essential) and have experience with Xero Accounting software.
