Overview
Our client based in Marylebone is looking for a Qualified Accountant with audit experience to join their chartered accountancy practice. The role is full time. You will have previous experience in audits, preparation of statutory accounts and cash flows as well as excellent communication skills as the role involves plenty of client contact. Previous practice experience is ESSENTIAL. Salary: £55K - £70K Main duties: (although this is very general and might well incorporate other things): Accounts work: Preparation of statutory accounts of limited companies and group consolidation Preparation of cash flow Running accounts disclosure checklists Reviewing accounts and disclosures in line with FRS 102 Audit work: Responsible for completing planning for audit of limited companies and group companies Liaising with the client regarding the audit Auditing areas such as fixed assets, debtors, creditors, bank, provisions Getting involved with completion procedures Potential to get involved in Solicitors accounts audit Consolidation experience is beneficial
