Role Responsibilities: Facility utility upgrades - water gas and electric Heating and Ventilation management Contractor management on site Health and Safety responsibilities Asbestos plans ensure the AMPs are done yearly in line with requirements and manage all removal projects General Site facility management (i.e. Plumbing, repairs to infrastructure) Own the Capex process for new equipment and ensure the Capex budget is controlled Calculate and compare costs for required goods or services Manage and induct contractors daily, complete certificates and permits Ensuring inspections are carried out on cranes, ladders, fire extinguishers etc. Booth and crane inspections General improvement and maintenance of facilities and work stations Conducting site meetings Role Requirements: NEBOSH general Experience of working with Asbestos Ability to manage multiple contractors Experience working in similar role Experience with general site and facilities management Due to the nature of the role you will require full security clearance Working knowledge of SAP Working knowledge of Excel and MS Projects
