Senior Business Partner/FD - Technology/Product One of Europe's leading Fintech's are on an aggressive 'buy and build' expansion backed by Top Tier Private Equity owners and have created this Finance Director/Senior Finance Business Partner opportunity from scratch to have a significant hand in supporting them through this next phase. Reporting into an outstanding FD, you'll ideally have come through ACA (Big 6) and have 3-5 years PQE in a broad role comprising Core Finance, FP&A and Commercial/Business Partnering. This will act as the key business partner on Tech/Product which will require both Cost/efficiency and growth mindsets - a unique opportunity. Some key responsibilities: Providing full financial support to the Product and Technology functions - applying current financial and accounting standards, policies and controls, producing robust business plans, budgets and quarterly forecasts, becoming a proactive and trusted advisor to the business, and mitigating risk between business goals and accounting principles and controls Providing accurate, transparent and timely financial reporting of functional/operational KPIs to support leadership in the decision-making process utilizing standardized reporting Translating results of analysis on Operational KPIs and Financial P&Ls into valuable insights and actionable recommendations for business leaders, including to achieve budget plans Maintains, produces and communicates a relevant and impactful set of project and operational metrics designed to support evaluation of financial performance consistent with the Product and Technology function, ensuring leaders understand core financial processes and have access to specialist teams This is a phenomenal business with a hugely dynamic team so if of interest, please apply for a confidential conversation.
