Miles Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting an interesting and varied temporary role with a very real possibility of being taken on permanently, for an Office Manager and PA . This is a fantastic PART TIME position suitable for anybody looking for part time hours around their other commitments across 3 days per week, flexible on the successful incumbents situation. As Office Manager and PA to 3 Directors, this is a great opportunity to utilise your skills and experience coordinating and ensuring the smooth running of the office administration in a client focused environment. Your main responsibilities will include: - Taking dictation/ audio typing of consultant documentation - Manage office stock and equipment maintenance - Answering telephone calls and general incoming emails - Incoming and outgoing post - Managing consultant diaries including booking of appointments - Preparing and filing of documents - Collating digital and hard copy client presentation folders - Resolving queries We are looking for an immediately available, experienced individual with the following essential requirements: - Audio typing/transcription experience - Minimum 4 year administration experience - Competent user of Microsoft Office, Powerpoint and Onedrive - Adaptable and able to use initiative - Excellent communication - Well organised Please note that due to the rural location, being a car driver and having access to a vehicle is essential.
