Employment Solicitor

A very exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join a new firm based in their Leeds office. Our client is focused on breaking the mould through excellent service, creating bespoke services to suit their clients needs. They are forward thinking in their approach hosting weekly webinars on employment law updates and regular podcasts. Their modern approach doesn't stop there, it extends into their working environment, they have created a really flexible yet supportive approach to work meaning that hours aren't strictly adhered to and there is plenty of opportunity to work from home, it is about what you achieve rather than when you achieve them. Joining this firm, you will be responsible for offering a range of employment law services to their clients across a range of sectors including unfair dismissal, discrimination, industrial action, grievance, redundancy and restructure, harassment and bullying, health & safety, TUPE and more. They offer continuous support through bespoke training courses on all areas of employment law and you will have the opportunity to undertake your own advocacy in employment tribunals and employment appeals tribunal. Our client is happy to consider anyone from NQ level however, this level of experience has been given as an approximate guide for applicants.
