Healthcare Product Specialist - EPR / PAS / HIS / CIS Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 What you’ll need to succeed: Experience working in a product specialist/consultant capacity relating to healthcare software eg EPR Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Strong written and verbal skills Ability to work effectively on your own and as part of a team Willingness to travel including overnight stays where required Main responsibilities: Consults and collaborates with Trust teams to analyse requirements and design solutions Supports pre-sales activities including solution presentations, demonstrations and tender responses Works alongside internal development and project teams to present business discovery information and develop functional documentation, application designs etc. Provides validation and testing of clinical information applications in collaboration with the internal project and development teams to ensure system functionality meets end-user needs Assists with marketing activities including sales literature and exhibitions Contributes to the clinical information system roadmap Supports users during go-live of new or upgraded systems Participates in internal quality improvement activities by providing input and feedback into the development of standards and practices Utilises and updates CRM and other internal management systems and provides feedback into improvements The role: This is a new product specialist role that will enable both existing and potential customers to better understand our clients solution capabilities and the benefits they can bring. The post will report to the Product Manager but will work closely with all departments and become an expert able to support a range of product activities.
