Title: Medical & Regulatory Director Location: Based West London Head Office Therapy Area: Oncology & Urology Salary: Highly competitive salary exceptional benefits on offer Evolve Consultant: Andy Boyd Ref: 7453 Join an innovative, research-driven Pharmaceutical organisation that bring a wide range of speciality products to the Urology & Oncology, Reproductive Health and Gastroenterology marketplaces. Essential Requirements You will be a Registered Doctor, ideally with Oncology or Urology experience. Expertise in specific issues within the pharmaceutical industry (ethical and medical constraints, medical advertising regulations etc.) Knowledge and understanding of economic management. Knowledge of the ISO rules. Ability to analyse and monitor data related to products. Role Responsibilities Define the strategy and planning of registrations and applications for inclusion on the list of reimbursable medicines for both retail and hospital products. Organise and supervise the regulatory activities, Marketing Authorisations and price applications for all products, in accordance with the requirements of Health authorities. Ensure the strict compliance to Public Health Code in relation to the monitoring of product’s safety and particularly on the requirements of Pharmacovigilance. Organise and monitor all pharmaceutical operations of the company (manufacturing, secondary packaging, storage operations, import, distribution, export, batch follow-up, withdrawal and recall of batches. Control promotional communication of all products and their environment. Implement and maintain quality policy (ISO certification, sales force certification). Perform regulatory business intelligence and participation in the development of legal files. Ensure monitoring of safety of the products involved in local clinical trials, post marketing surveillance and materiolovigilance.
