Reception Administrator Croydon, London £27000 per annum 10 Month FTC I am very excited to be working with one of the most notable homelessness organisations in the UK. The company was formed in the 1960's and have since then helped tens of thousands of people out of homelessness whilst actively looking for a change in society. This role would be to be the first point of contact and being the face of the organisation. You will be based on reception and providing customer focused administrative support for the organisation. Please note that you must be comfortable at dealing with emotionally difficult situations. Duties First point of contact on reception and covering the phones and answering any queries Support your manager with facilities duties including booking showers, laundry etc on a daily basis Help signpost people to the most relevant support services - internally and externally Manage the day to day processes of the reception area Help and assist with the recruitment for business support roles and volunteers as directed by your manager Full administrative functions - data entry, stocking stationary, general enquires, taking bookings, dealing with post etc Working with your manager to put new facilities and administrative processes in place Requirements Experience of working in a supportive role within administrative and reception. Experience of working with homeless or vulnerable groups would be hugely beneficial. Excellent customer service and communication skills - both written and verbal Confident at dealing with challenging individuals with a range of complex needs Knowledge of safeguarding procedures Enhanced DBS would be desirable Morgan Hunt is a multi award winning Employment Business for interim, contract and temporary recruitment and acts as an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.
