Registered Home Manager High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire Permanent and full time £30,000 Residential home/Autism/Learning Disabilities BS Social Care are currently recruiting for a Registered Home Manager for an adults residential service covering a range of needs including Autism and Learning Disabilities within the High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire area. About the ideal candidate; we are looking for an experienced Registered Service Manager within a supported living setting that holds a QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management or nursing qualification (or equivalent). You will need to have great knowledge of CQC, policies and procedures in a residential service including health and safety legislation. You will have experience of managing, developing and performance evaluating staff. You will have experience of recruitment, budget management, team leadership and responsibility for making decisions about the staff, service and service users meaning you will need excellent communication skills. You will have great knowledge of adults with learning disabilities, Autism, sensory impairment, and behaviours which may challenge In return; this role is a full time and permanent role of 37.5 hours per week and participation in the on-call rota, paying £30,000 depending on experience.
