We are working with a local authority to appoint an interim SEND Tribunals and complaints Officer for an immediate start. You will be responsible for mediation and appeals, with the goal of reducing the number of Cases that end up in court. To be successful in the role, it is essential that you have worked in the SEND department for a local authority in a Legal/Compliance/Tribunals role.
