Job Title: Office Based HNW Mortgage Broker Location: Raynes Park Bryn McMillan Consulting Vacancy Ref: H237042MBMC Remuneration: To £30,000 basic plus car or allowance with an OTE £65,000 Overview: An established Mortgage Brokers that has strong links with an HNW estate agency in the Raynes Park area require an experienced CeMAP qualified mortgage broker to offer advice on Mortgage and Protection business with uncapped earnings. Main Duties: An excellent opportunity has arisen for a fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker to join our client who has strong links with an established HNW estate agency in the Raynes Park area, providing Mortgage and Protection advice to the new and existing clients. You will have access to the whole of the market with regards to mortgages and be tied to a well-known reputable life company for protection business. This role will involve you working with HNW and UHNW clients dealing with mortgages ranging from £300k to £4m Key Skills: It is essential that you hold the full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) along with competent adviser status (CAS) and have a good track record of providing advice on Mortgages and Protection business You should also be ambitious, highly driven, goal orientated, highly personable and presentable and be able to generate activity from a selection of introducer offices. You must also possess a good track record of offering advice in terms of Protection business on the back of the mortgage advice provided. Applications will be considered from Mortgage Brokers, with face to face mortgage and protection (including Life, Critical Illness, Income Protection, ASU as well as Buildings and Contents) experience. Experienced in dealing with HNW and UHNW clients is also essential for this role.
