As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be partnered with a mentor who will oversee your career development and provide 1:1 coaching and training on an on-going basis. We have a dedicated learning and development team to support you through our 12 month in-house Allegis Academy. A career in recruitment is all about relationships. You will be building relationships across a specific industry, managing relationships with senior stakeholders across our portfolio of clients, plus developing a network of contacts within a defined market.
