Warehouse Supervisor Liverpool £26,000 - £28,000 Benefits Role Profile Cast UK are supporting a market leading business with the recruitment of a Warehouse Supervisor for their fast-paced operation based in Liverpool. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will work Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm, while being flexible to the wider business needs. Key Responsibilities Supports Warehouse Operative and Senior Warehouse Operative to supervise, organise, advise, motivate and engage a team. Ensuring a safe, clean and environmentally compliant work environment and building a culture where safety is a priority. Attending weekly Quality / Technical / Stock Meetings. Keep track, maintain and report on KPI's associated with the Warehouse Department. Analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements where needed. Drive forward and promote continuous improvement practices. Skills & Experience Proven & Significant experience of working within a fast-paced warehouse environment A proven record of hitting targets and improving standards Working knowledge of 5S Standards and Health and Safety management Excellent IT skills, including window-based software packages. Resourceful, resilient and solution driven. Ability to communicate appropriately both verbally and in written and electronic forms with all levels of business. Multi-user warehousing experience would be highly desirable.
