Overview
A fantastic Residential Development Solicitor role has become available with a law firm in Birmingham that sits in the top bar of the Legal 500. The firm is a highly successful household name, and they are looking for a Residential Development solicitor to join them on a full time, permanent basis, in their offices based in Birmingham. The successful candidate will join the company to complement the firm's property department in Birmingham city centre. The role will be centred on acquisitions, since there are two separate teams handling site set up and infrastructure respectively. Ideally, the successful candidate will come from a background of land acquisition or other related elements of commercial property work and be familiar dealing with house builder clients. Applicants from an agriculture background will also be considered.
