Overview
Venture Recruitment Partners are assisting a leading Services provider based in Reading in their search for a Finance Business Partner. Working closely with the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in driving financial performance whilst also delivering a value for money service. This position will business partner with a number of key Operational Heads, managing and presenting key financial information that will assist in more informed decision making. This will include insightful financial analysis, preparation of budgets and forecasts against implemented KPIs and working with the Finance Manager in setting a Business Plan to meet necessary objectives. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with experience in a business facing and management accounts focused role. You will also feel comfortable challenging difficult stakeholders and be able to manipulate complex data sets. Travel to other sites in the Thames Valley area is expected in this role.
