Job Description
CMA are working with a growing organisation in Reading, who are currently recruiting for a Commercial Finance Manager. Reporting to Head of Finance with responsibility for a small team, the role will provide the overall financial management of one of the divisions; taking ownership of financial control, management reporting, MI and decision support. Key responsibilities include- * Overall responsibility for monthly management accounting, forecasting and budgeting * Responsibility for financial processes, balance sheet, cash flow management and cost/budget control for various business units. * Producing and developing daily, weekly and monthly management information. * Business partnering with Finance and non Finance at senior level * Strategic development for the Division and participating as part of the senior management team for associated business units. * Identifying and driving forward key initiatives to deliver savings in the Division cost base Candidates will be fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) with experience in a commercial role, supporting the business in key decision making. Experience of business partnering with stakeholders across finance and the wider business (such as Sales and Operations) and strong management skills are essential.
