Overview
Nashrock Recruitment are an ambitious and growing recruitment agency based in Billericay and we are looking for an intelligent, hardworking and proactive individual to join our Broking team as an Assistant Recruitment Consultant. We have an experienced high performing team of Consultants that specialise in Insurance and Industrial recruitment with a strong client base in London and across the entire stretch of the UK. The successful applicant will receive excellent on-going training and will be responsible for self-generating and managing candidates though the recruitment process. This will involve cold calling, headhunting, regular candidate meetings in London/Essex and arranging interviews. You will also work closely with, shadow and support consultants with additional duties including: candidate CV and job advert writing, attending client visits in London and posting on social media. It is essential that applicants are presentable, have excellent commutation skills, both written and verbal, are able to work proactively and independently and are comfortable working towards targets and deadlines. Previous sales, recruitment or insurance experience would be advantageous although not essential, although a good academic background is desirable. In return you will receive a competitive basic salary and the opportunity to earn commission.
