ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER - ESTATE AGENCY - BILLERICAY - £30,000pa OTE Basic £18,000pa Company Car Our clients are a multi-branch independent Estate Agency and Lettings business who have been established many years. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service to their vendors, buyers, landlords and tenants. Due to branch progression and continued success they are seeking an experienced ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER to join their successful team in Billericay. You will probably be a Senior Sales Negotiator who has had some experience in valuing property and are looking to work for a good independent agent and work alongside the owner of the business. As an ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER looks at what's on offer:- · A guarantee of £30,000 per annum for the first six months followed by a basic salary of £18,000 plus commission on sales and listings which is uncapped. ·A fully expensed BMW Company car ·A five-day working week to include Saturdays with a day off in lieu during the week ·After probation you will be offered one Saturday off per month ·34 days holidays and NO BANK HOLIDAY WORKING ·Pension ·Real progression opportunities for the right person to develop and run the office, once established.
