Overview

Counted Recruitment are currently recruiting an FP&A Accountant on behalf of a fantastic business based on the Southern Outskirts of Birmingham. This service business operates internationally and have had a number of years of record growth. The role itself mixes FP&A, Business partnering and reporting. Main duties include: Maintain financial models to monitor financial performance by division, customer and sales channel Drive the continual improvement of the annual budgeting and re-forecasting processes Assist with the production of the strategic plan Analyse and present the potential outcomes from the strategic plan Commercial financial modelling Review and maintain the cost base of a number of divisions Consistent improvement of the reporting and modelling processes This FP&A Accountant role will see you support the FP&A manager part of a small team which is part of the companies wider finance community. The role would suit an ACA, ACCA or CIMA studier with strong commercial or FP&A experience. Strong communication skills alongside excellent Excel skills are also important.
