Commercial Property / Real Estate Solicitor

Our client, a well-established and prestigious law firm in Leicestershire, are looking for a Solicitor to join them and undertake a mixture of a Commercial and Residential Property caseload. The firm are happy to consider candidates who have experience in purely residential work and want to gain experience in Commercial, and vice versa. So although it would be ideal, experience running a split caseload is not a necessity and the firm are happy to provide high level training to the suitable candidate to bring them up to the level required whether that be on the Commercial or Residential aspect. This is an exciting role which has a clear succession path in place. The firm are looking to bring the right person in with a long-term view.
