Overview

Senior Developer – Surrey - £50,000-£70,000 per annum I’m currently looking for a highly experienced software engineer who has previously had senior technical development roles in VR, games, video technology or similar. The role will entail leading development of my client’s video processing and immersive viewing technologies. Skills/experience to include: · Ability to architect solutions using emerging technologies · Outstanding C++ · Some working knowledge of C#/Unity · Significant experience in GPU/shader coding. · Working knowledge of GPGPU / CUDA / Compute Shaders highly beneficial. · Experience of DirectX11 · Strong familiarity with VR and Mixed Reality technologies · Knowledge of video streaming, compression/decompression using tools such as FFMPEG highly beneficial A minimum of 8 years software development experience, including C++ for a large part of that time, is required.
