Chinese Mandarin speaking Digital Project Manager with Project Management (in an IT/software/digital environment), full project lifecycle (end-to-end) and Project Management methodology (Agile, SCRUM, Prince2, Waterfall etc.) expertise is required by a multiple award winning, market-leading games studio based in Birmingham who are the UK’s largest privately owned mobile e-gaming companyWe currently have just over 300 employees here at our Birmingham HQ with our services offered across multiple platforms (web, mobile, tablet) with over 4mn registered customers here in the UK alone In this position, you will work within our B2B team across 3 International offices (UK, Taiwan and Romania) focusing on the management of multiple projects offering B2B services (inc. contact centre services, payment provider integration, in-house CRM platform etc) covering multiple departments across the business including marketing (CRM), software development, IT Infrastructure, finance, legal and in-house contact centre services You will work on a wide variety of mobile application, marketing and infrastructure projects ensuring effective inter-personal communication, planning and reporting to ensure projects are of high quality, fit for purpose and delivered on time. This role will cover multiple projects that will be challenging, varied and include responsibilities across project management, business management, agile with regular liaison with our supporting software development teams in our Bucharest and Taipei offices. You will take a very much 'hands on’ approach to the running of projects and have the ability to tailor the selected approach on a project by project basis (Agile, Waterfall etc.). The ideal candidate will have an excellent project management background and have commercial acumen and be able to make important business decisions and work on your own initiative. You will have the opportunity to identify improvements to current ways of working, make recommendations to senior management and implement these as and when required. Key skills we’re looking for… Fluent Chinese Mandarin speaker. Excellent understanding of multiple Project Management methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, Prince2, Waterfall etc.). Experience in full project lifecycle (scoping, estimation, end-to-end etc.). Experience working with outsourced/international teams. Ability to manage projects via varying communication methods (workshops, messaging and video conferencing.) Bonus points for… Experience in a Business Analyst type role. Good understanding of software development and IT related business operations (full software development lifecycle, UX/UI, Front-End facing projects etc.).
