Overview
We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company. here is an established senior leadership team in place including heads of sales, marketing, product management, finance and business operations. The focus of this role is to achieve your deliverables in terms of profit and sales growth, to bring leadership to this business and to achieve the significant potential it has. You will be a recognised and experienced Senior VP/GM with proven P&L growth experience in the software services sector. You will be comfortable operating with accountability in a business of this scale $50m:$100m, and also relish the scope and autonomy this role offers to make an impact. You will have the support and commitment of a forward thinking, ambitious parent company in order to achieve this. A high calibre individual with a combination of superb academic and business credentials, relevant experience, leadership and gravitas is required. You will also be a team and business leader and an individual who is comfortable working in a private equity environment with a clear forward agenda. The client is open minded on location offering lots of flexibility given the travel requirements inherent in the role and the package is significant and will absolutely not be a problem for those with the ability and background to make this rare opportunity happen.
