My client is looking for Danish speakers to join the growing team in London Package & Benefits £23,000 basic salary £25k after two months then £27k after 3-5 placements If you bill £250k you earn minimum £100k (depending on experience) bonuses paid quarterly. Realistic earnings Year 1 (£40,000), Year 2 (£70,000) and Year 3 (£95,000) Flexible working once you’ve hit senior consultant 3 company holidays a year, Michelin star lunch clubs, cash incentives, Rolex & Nike vouchers, days at the races, the cricket/football/rugby and much more Recruitment Consultant Requirements: Danish Fluent Smart, ambitious, articulate individuals Keen to work with business leaders at a senior level Genuine money motivation and desire to succeed Sociable and confident, has gravitas Willing to work hard and learn new sales skills Graduate 2.1 or above The Role of a Recruitment Consultant Managing the recruitment process with pace and control Taking effective job specifications from clients, gaining commitment and understanding of what type of candidate they are looking for Screening candidates over the telephone, ascertaining information on skills and experience whilst assessing competency and motivation Using the extended network to attract passive candidates Matching candidates to clients vacancies, submitting suitable candidates in line with Company process Writing persuasive ad copy and broadcasting adverts to attract a good calibre of candidate Dealing with response and enquiries, assessing the suitability of candidates
