Overview
Time Appointments are excited to be working with a rapidly growing and hugely successful main contractor based in London. They are looking to appoint a new Project Manager to join their ever-growing team, the ideal candidate will have strong previous Project Manager experience gained from working at a main contractor within the construction industry. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Temporary Builder's Supplies and permanent STATS co-ordination. Plant & materials co-ordination. Procurement co-ordination. Program co-ordinating, including issue of weekly program updates. Planning co-ordination. Section 106 co-ordination. BAPA co-ordination. TFL co-ordination. Party Wall Awards co-ordination. Design Information Release Schedule co-ordinating (ensure design issue target dates are being met).
