Overview
Senior Architectural Technician Job, Essex, Permanent, Up to £45000 Your new company You will be working for an Architectural Practice that focus on commercial and retail design projects. With internationally known clients and projects across the UK you will have the opportunity to work on many different exiting projects throughout you career. Your new role As a Senior Architectural technician you will focus on producing highly detailed technical drawings for Planning and construction once designs have been completed. You will assist the design team on highlighting building regulation and technical issues and helping them to be corrected. You will take up a senior position in the company providing key insights in RIBA stages 3,4 and 5. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role you will have extensive experience as an Architectural Technician within the UK. IT is vital that you can evidence large amounts of prior experience working within the commercial and retail sectors and have excellent technical ability using Autocad. You must be fluent in building regulations and construction drawings. Due to site visits and office location you are required to have a driving licence. If you have experience working on Listed buildings this would also be desirable What you'll get in return You will be offered up to £45000 dependant on their experience and will have access to a company pool car. You will be able to work on a variety of unique commercial and retail projects.
