Service Desk Analyst, Banking, North London, 6-month FTC. Are you a Service Desk Analyst with experience working on Windows migration projects? This challenger bank in North London is looking for a Service Desk Analyst that would be responsible for day to day tasks. This will include call management, logging incidents and handling IT queries. Role Responsibilities: Call management of daily incidents and logging into the call management system Daily incident logging whilst keeping documents updated. Assist in the migration and upgrade of Windows. Supporting users by troubleshooting and diagnosing causes across Europe, Middle-East and Asia (EMEA). Contributing towards the maintenance and upkeep of the service desk. Key Skills: Previous experience of working on Windows migration projects. (Desirable) Strong work ethic with a background in the finical sector. Great customer service skills.
