Overview

We are currently seeking a Permanent Customer Care Manager for our well-established client based in Bishops Stortford. You will need to have At least 3 year's experience in a construction or Customer Care Management role. Duties will include; Conduct the Home Demonstration in a professional and informative manner advising the customer. Answering and logging all communications in accordance with company policies. Identify and resolve all issues. Heavily involved in Quality checks Create, deliver and continually improve the service provided by the Customer Care Team in order to achieve the Departmental and Corporate Objectives. Chase outstanding defects and maintain defect management system. Provide excellent customer service. Carry out follow up calls to gain feedback and ensure satisfactory completion. Ensure any issues that arise are dealt with effectively and efficiently. What's required; Have a sound and practical knowledge of the construction process. Ideally having worked on site. Ideally have experience in dealing with listed buildings. Have experience of managing a team. Be computer literate i.e. Word, Excel, Email.
