Overview
We are looking for a customer support advisor for our clients based in Bishops Stortford. First point of contact for customer when calling Providing outstanding customer service Providing support and product knowledge by calls and emails Liaising with suppliers and partners to resolve issues Resolve any complaints or problems Answering calls and queries Hit set goals, targets and KPI's Build rapport Confident telephone manner Monitor and respond to emails We thank you for your application - if you are successful and have the experience we are looking for regarding this role we will do our best to contact you within 48 hours.
