Overview
Director of M&E Are you a tried and tested business developer? Are you currently sitting at Director level or perhaps Associate Director level and looking for a new challenge? Do you want to be the driving force behind a business and be responsible for the growth of the business with the chance to sit on the board and gain equity? Our client is extremely well regarded within the built environment and are known for their work throughout the UK. They have multiple office across the UK employing over 150 staff and are currently looking to bring a commercially focused M&E Director to the team in their London office. They are looking for a charismatic, enthusiastic professional who has a track record of winning business whilst maintaining and strengthening existing relationships. The ideal candidate will have a portfolio of clients they can bring with them however our client understands this isn't always the case. The successful candidate can be either mechanically or electrically biased but will have an appreciation and strong knowledge of the other discipline. You will have excellent technical capabilities when it comes to the detailed design of either mechanical or electrical systems within a wide variety of buildings. You'll have experience delivering projects from concept to completion and will be used to taking a multidisciplinary approach. You will have experience of building your own teams of engineers and will have demonstrable experience of increasing revenue within your current position. M&E Director Requirements Degree in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Held a similar position in previous roles Minimum of 15 years' experience in the Building Services industry You will be chartered and hold other professional industry qualifications Extensive experience managing the financial aspects of projects, A proven track record of successfully delivering projects & concentrating on client satisfaction A broad range of project sector experience, This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate with a generous salary & benefits package working with a brilliant and diverse mix of people in their busy London office.
