Overview
My client is a well-established and thriving software business based in Hemel Hempstead. With year on year growth they are currently recruiting for an experienced self-sufficient Accounts Assistant to join their busy Finance department. Main areas of responsibility will include: General bookkeeping Posting of general ledger journals Nominal ledgers Pre-payments Accounts reconciliations Double entry book keeping Accounts payable Accounts receivable Raising of invoices Month end journals Petty cash/staff expenses You will have proven experience of all the above responsibilities and be capable of using your own initiative. Coupled with a pro-active approach and a robust can-do attitude. Good working knowledge of Excel and the ability to be hands on across the team is essential. Send your CV now.
