ACOUNTS RECEIVABLE MANAGER - EUROPEAN LANGUAGE REQUIRED HEMEL HEMPSTEAD £45,0000 - £48,0000 PA (DOE) Here at Interaction Recruitment Accountancy & Finance, we are delighted to be working with a innovative and highly successful organisation in Hemel Hempstead who are looking to appoint an Accounts Receivable Manager (with a European Language) on a full-time, permanent basis. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Overseeing a team of 6 x Accounts Receivable Clerks Ensuring the timely processing of invoices Overseeing the collection of outstanding monies; liaising with customers to resolve queries Negotiating repayment terms Being the point of escalation for queries Allocation of cash Assist in the preparation of cash flow forecasts Aged debtor reporting Assisting with month end tasks and reporting You will need the following skills and attributes: Fluent in English plus at least 1x European language skill - both written and verbal A minimum of 2 years recent Supervisory / Managerial experience within Accounts Receivable / Credit Control Experience of Supervising / Managing a team of at least 4 x direct reports Intermediate MS Excel Skills (to include V-Lookups and Pivot Tables) Experience of working with an ERP system High attention to detail A steady career to date If you believe you have what it takes to successfully undertake this role, and you would like to be considered, please do apply now and we will be in touch if you are short-listed.
