Conflicts Team Leader

Monday at Nine are excited to be working with an International Professional Services firm to support with the recruitment of a Conflicts Team Leader role which has been added to the department due to continued growth. The role can be based in either Leeds and Manchester and will take responsibility for managing 2-3 Analysts as well as, operationally working on complex conflict cases with in-house council and the Management where applicable. You will be take an active role in preparing training and support for new starters and take a pivotal role in the development of more experienced members of staff ensuring a clear pathway for development and progression within the team. You will also act as an escalation point for any complex conflict queries from the team of analysts.
