Conflicts Manager

Monday at Nine are excited to be working with an International Professional Services firm to support with the recruitment of a Conflicts & Compliance Manager role which has been added to the department due to continued growth. The role can be based in either Leeds and Manchester and will take responsibility for managing a number of 'TeamLeaders' and 'Senior Analysts as well as, operationally working on complex conflict cases with in-house council and the Head of Conflicts where applicable. You will be take an active role in preparing training and support for new starters and take a pivotal role in the development of more experienced members of staff ensuring a clear pathway for development and progression within the team. You will also act as an escalation point for any complex conflict queries from the team of analysts.
