Software/Application Support Analyst - Property Insurance Location - City of London Salary - £30,000 - £40,000 bonus Hands up if you're currently doing software or application support but don't see any other options for your career going forward. What we're looking for is a techie with a bit of chat, someone who not only knows their tech inside out but can explain, train, and troubleshoot for end users. Your role will have plenty of variety with a mix of software product customisation and configuration, client support (phone, email, onsite depending on client needs), and user training so hopefully you'll never get bored. If you want a role where you can expand your support career, and play a key role supporting customers from the London office, and not averse to spending some time on client sites this will be a good move for you. You'll be responsible for: Developing and maintaining close relationships with your accounts Provide customer support across various software/products Managing relationships across several different business and products. Collaboration with other teams, such as consulting, research and sales & marketing, to facilitate successful outcomes Knowledge & Experience Good with the technical aspect of the role i.e. related software tools and IT etc. Communication skills are key - you can communicate effectively, utilising technologies in a way that ensures mutual understanding. Client focused- you are dedicated to meeting the needs of internal and external clients. You seek out and use information on products and services to make improvements. Nice to haves Knowledge of the UK property insurance market, ideally including hands on experience managing claims or use of scoping software in the UK property claims market - this is definitely not essential but would be helpful. Full training will be given on all the software/products.
