Overview
Morgan Hunt are proud to work in partnership with a development charity on a search for a Supporter Care Officer based in North West London. This is a great opportunity for individuals wanting to develop their supporter care skills further in a well-respected not for profit organisation. The main responsibilities of the supporter care officer include, but are not limited to: Process donations and gift aid - record, analyse and acknowledge income, generating receipt letters, co-ordinate systems for administering gift aid declarations. Coordinate the processing of direct debits and day to day processing of resource requests using Raisers edge Maintain and operate the supporter database acting as the public engagement teams first point of contact Supervise volunteers, provide support for churches including managing requests for speakers, liaising with volunteers, coordinating and assisting on events Under the supervision of Direct Marketing and Supporter Care Manager, lead on the production of resources, supporter updates, and reprints as required, including written communications to keep supporters updated Stay up to date with our overseas partnerships, emergency responses, and programmes and other activities As an ideal candidate for the Supporter Care Officer based in North West London you will have: Knowledge and experience in operating donor databases/CRM systems Experience working with financial processes including gift administration, Gift Aid, reconciliation and running reports and queries Good interpersonal skills, including a friendly telephone manner and the ability to build relationships with donors and supporters Able to work under pressure, plan and manage time effectively and prioritise a range of varied tasks effectively Salary - £24,000 Morgan Hunt is a multi award winning Employment Business for interim, contract and temporary recruitment and acts as an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.
