Your new role This commercial litigation solicitor role will see you undertake a good mix of dispute resolution work. This will include shareholder and partnership disputes, contractual disputes and professional negligence matters. What you'll need to succeed You should be a commercial litigation solicitor with 3 years' pqe. You will have excellent communication skills and strong client relationship management skills. Although not essential, if you have advocacy experience as well as some exposure to the healthcare sector, then this is desirable.
