THE FIRM: Our client is a leading law firm with an excellent reputation, serving a wide range of corporate, institutional and private clients. THE ROLE: A new role has arisen for an ambitious construction litigation lawyer to join a highly reputed construction disputes practice group, working on international commercial arbitration, in relation to construction and engineering disputes. You will be advising on a broad range of economic sectors, including infrastructure, energy, and on complex litigation in the technology and construction court, including the pre-action protocol.; THE CANDIDATE: To be considered you will be a construction litigation lawyer with 2-4 PQE who has a proven track record of working on complex construction litigation, gained at a national or City law firm. You will be well-versed in advising clients and representing them in disputes involving a range of legal, technical and factual issues arising from construction and engineering projects, both domestic and international. In addition, you will have solid knowledge of international law, both private and public, be a self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment and have high levels of initiative and motivation with clear and concise communication skills.
