Overview
Employment Solicitor. A great opportunity has arisen for a 2-5 PQE employment solicitor to join a tier 1 ranked employment team based in Reading. The role: - The employment solicitor will deal with a lot of complicated employment work to include matters relating to: · TUPE · HR support · Discrimination, harassment, unfair dismissal · Litigation · Managing the entire life cycle of employment tribunals · Some data protection matters Requirements: · The employment solicitor will have a vast amount of experience of working on range of different employment matters and be capable of managing a mixed caseload of complicated employment issues. · You will have at least 2 years of PQE in employment law. · A strong academic background.
