The firm now stands at over 200 members of staff. The Role This brilliant firm are now looking for an Employment Solicitor 2-5 PQE to join this reputable team. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of the legal principles involved and experience of assisting with a desire to become an expert in this challenging field. You must possess excellent drafting skills, legal analysis, verbal & written communication skills and employment law knowledge. An ability and willingness to complete marketing and business development activities is essential. You must also be able to apply the law with a degree of commerciality and be prepared to give your viewpoint to clients. Candidates who have previously advised on TUPE scenarios involving international elements as well as handling employment tribunal claims are strongly encouraged to apply. 2-5 years PQE in Employment Law required Experience with advising on restrictive covenant and confidentiality issues is highly beneficial Experience of training seminars and workshop programmes for employers will be an advantage Salary is negotiable depending on experience with excellent benefits This is an exciting role for an Employment Solicitor 2-5 PQE to join a thriving and growing team in Reading, Berkshire.
