Role : Residential Conveyancing Locum Location : Birmingham Salary : Very competitive hourly rate Description : We are currently recruiting for a firm based in Birmingham who are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Locum to the hit the ground running from day one. They are looking for a candidate with minimum 5 years’ experience, who has experience in dealing with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including: · Dealing with residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion Remortgages Equity Transfer Dealing with sales and purchases Raising Enquiries Lease extension Part exchange For more information please contact Kirsty Hunte.
